Relational Stress
We navigate a multitude of relationship roles throughout our lives, such as child, student, friend, colleague, acquaintance, or parent. Each of these roles demands a slightly different part of ourselves to be emphasized. No matter what role you're in, you will need to navigate the parts of yourself that you utilize more, and balancing your needs and those of others. You may wish that certain relationships were more meaningful, or more true to yourself.

In our work, we can strengthen your sense of self, your boundaries, and how you show up in these relationships.
